1. Services Offered

• Post Production Services: Clients can upload their photos or videos for professional editing. Once an editing request is submitted, we will assess the requirements and provide a custom quote. Services are available worldwide.

• Photography Services: Clients can book a professional photographer for personal or commercial shoots. This service is currently available only within India.

2. Order and Payment

• For Post Production Services, work begins only after full payment is received.

• For Photography Services, a minimum 50% advance is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of the shoot.

• All payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

3. Delivery

• Edited content will be delivered via a secure digital download link once the project is completed and payment is verified.

• For Photography Services, final files will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically 7-10 working days.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure all uploaded content complies with local and international copyright and privacy laws.

• For on-location photography, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or venue access.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for photography bookings. Late cancellations may incur charges.

• No refunds are issued for post-production services once editing has begun.

6. Usage Rights

• Edited content is owned by the client, but Priority Edits reserves the right to use finished work for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

7. Liability

• While we ensure professional quality, Priority Edits is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays, data loss, or use of our services.
